rewards for teachers???

It seems to be interesting when the ministry announces all the benefits that the teachers will gain. Still, i personally feel that it is not for all teachers..instead it is the incentives for those who are teaching in good schools...what i hope is that 25 ss per class will be achieved soon...i'm tired of shouting at 41 ss perclass...just too tired. This year, teachers' day celebration was great but i still search for the missing piece...am i not a good teacher yet???? just wonder...
Sometimes, my patience just blew away...i couldnot control my emotion...dealing with these ss really pissed me off...but then, i enjoy guiding them when they are willing to be with me. Thta makes me wonder, what is lack in my teaching????
